yx8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the yx8 website accessible at yx8.onl and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, services, and features provided thereon.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to yx8 and its authorised operators, administrators, and representatives.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or places any wager or game stake through the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any amount of money deposited into or held within a Player's Account balance, including winnings, bonus credits, and any other credited amounts.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, welcome offer, reload bonus, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by yx8 to Players from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet turnover that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures used to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the operative time zone for all Platform operations, offer expiry times, and support availability.

To register and maintain an active Account on yx8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age applies without exception. yx8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity, partnership, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of yx8 or any of its affiliated operators or technology providers.
• You do not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary or mandatory restriction previously entered into with yx8.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. yx8 may, at its sole discretion, refuse any registration or suspend any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the yx8 support team immediately via live chat at [email protected].

yx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following supported payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must be conducted using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits for individual transactions are displayed on the cashier page within your Account and may be updated by yx8 from time to time without advance notice. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your yx8 Account balance within 30 seconds of confirmation from the relevant payment provider. yx8 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure, network outages, or maintenance windows.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the yx8 payments team and are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly where KYC verification has not been completed or where a withdrawal request triggers an internal compliance review, processing times may be extended. yx8 will endeavour to notify you via your registered contact details if a withdrawal is subject to a delay.

yx8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified period may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds being returned to your Account balance.

All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in BDT. yx8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

yx8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses of up to ৳20,000, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Clause.

Wagering requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion description. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

Bonus validity. All bonuses have an expiry period during which the applicable wagering requirement must be completed. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in its individual terms. yx8 does not extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.

Game contribution rates. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and specific casino game categories may contribute at different percentage rates. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the Platform's bonus terms section.

Abuse and misuse. yx8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Decisions made under this provision are final.

One bonus per promotion. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Creating duplicate Accounts for the purpose of claiming a bonus more than once constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All games and betting markets available on yx8 are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) in addition to any supplementary rules set by yx8. In the event of a conflict between a provider's rules and yx8's supplementary rules, yx8's rules shall prevail.

By participating in any game or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market. Ignorance of applicable rules is not accepted as grounds for dispute.

Betting integrity. yx8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity in connection with sporting events offered on the Platform. Any Account found to be associated with such activity will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. Current limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of placement. yx8 may revise limits at any time without prior notice.

Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system fault, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, yx8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Player's Account balance. yx8 is not liable for any loss of profit or opportunity resulting from such technical issues.

Final settlements. All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform system. Disputes regarding settled outcomes must be raised with the support team within 14 days of the settlement date. yx8 will not review disputes raised after this period.

yx8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools to manage their gaming activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming features, accessible at no cost from within your Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yx8 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using another person's Account, payment credentials, or personal information to access the Platform or conduct transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, RNG system, or odds algorithm on the Platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or financial crime in connection with your Account or transactions.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, particularly live dealer games such as baccarat and poker variants.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfiguration on the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or apparent error are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling credits, running third-party gambling services, or operating as an agent for other players.

• Loss of funds resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Interruptions, outages, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond yx8's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
• Any loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunity resulting from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

yx8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

yx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and all individual promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and yx8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
